1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions regulate the car rental agreement between the company and the customer (renter). By booking a vehicle, the customer automatically agrees to these terms.
2. Driver Requirements
Age and Experience: The minimum age for the renter is 21 years old, with a minimum driving experience of 2 years.
Documentation: A valid driver's license and an ID card (or Passport) must be presented at the time of pick-up.
3. Booking and Payment
Payment: The full rental fee must be paid upon receiving the vehicle.
Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required at pick-up. It will be fully refunded upon returning the vehicle in its original, undamaged condition.
4. Vehicle Usage
Restrictions: Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
Driving Area: The vehicle must be driven only on public roads. Off-road driving is strictly forbidden (unless a specific off-road vehicle is rented).
Smoking: Smoking inside the vehicle is prohibited.
5. Insurance and Accidents
In the event of any damage, traffic accident, or theft, the renter must immediately contact the patrol police and the rental company.
Leaving the scene of an accident without police registration will void the insurance, and the renter will be fully liable for the damages.
6. Vehicle Return
Time: The vehicle must be returned at the agreed time. Late returns may incur additional charges.
Fuel: The vehicle must be returned with the same level of fuel as when it was picked up.
Cleanliness: The vehicle should be returned in a clean condition; otherwise, a car wash fee may be applied.
